LOVE my new home! It's new construction so there's always pros and cons. Cons being the delay in moving in, landscape and community building not being done yet but all of that is miniscule compared to how lovely my apartment is. It's the perfect amount of space and so well done. The galley kitchen gives me ample cooking space. The bathrooms and bedroom are huge and having 2 floors is an added benefit. Company can come over, use the half bath and never have to see my mess upstairs! I can't wait for warmer weather so I can take more walks in the park, visits to the library and all the places to eat and shop that are so close! OH and with the recent snow, they plowed quickly and very efficiently! The Pointe is a great place to live!
