The Wilbur was the perfect first apartment we could have hoped for. Our spacious 1 bedroom allowed us to feel at home. The short walks to Main Street Bethlehem were convenient to get dinner or even just take the dog for a walk. We locked ourselves out once and the response time of the property manager was prompt. All staff is very reliable and willing to accommodate any needs you have. The views of our apartment are unlike any other. We get a little mountains, the steel stacks and even a lot of Main Street. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking!!

Affordable elegance in the heart of Bethlehem! We moved in this summer and were delghted by the amount of liveable space we have for a 2 bed apartment. The modern u-shaped kitchen with large, deep pantry provides lots of space to store everything a chef could desire. We were able to fit a 42" round table w 4 chairs plus a small hutch in the dining area and a large couch and 2 side chairs very comfortably in the eating and living areas. The views are amazing. We can see the Lehigh River, the Fahey St. Bridge, to the stacks and beyond. We left all the large windows unadorned to keep themcentral. Thick blinds were provided for privacy, but for all WE can see, I feel surprisingly far away from the hustle and bustle. You can definitely hear the trains...small down side, but being able to watch the lights come out all over the city as the sunlight fades more than makes up for it. Hmmm...what else??? Oh Yes! The finishes as lovely and easy to keep clean and were definitely chosen to enhance any decor, traditional, modern, coastal, whatever. Lighting is fantastic. Bedroom closets are huge, and because we downsized from a 5 bedroom house, we make use of every inch of the 10 foot ceilings. There is bike storage for all on the lower level, and we rented a locker space on that level to store our 2 kayaks, racks, etc. I am a runner, and there are safe trails I can get to on foot, plus the small workout space when the weather's bad. Having lived in rural areas all my life, I'm really enjoying the walkability/ bikeability of Wilbur Views. Old Bethlehem is just a half mile walk across the bridge and the Stacks are about a mile, so we've enjoyed walking to festivals, restaurants (too many to name), shops, microbreweries, dunkin, even our bank and post-office are just a few blocks away. So far very grateful to have found this apartment to call home for as long as we're in Bethlehem!
