Platinum Perks card will provide extra benefits to our residents, increasing their overall satisfactions with the property.
Participating businesses benefit from the card by the increased advertisement offered through the club card website,
promotional advertisements, onsite selling of the feature, and word of mouth among residents. The Platinum Perks card
will assist in creating a positive image for your establishment, increasing sales and customer loyalty.
Overview
Only residents living at one of our communities will use the Platinum Perk card. Residents will be offered special
discounts by participating businesses offered exclusively to Platinum Perk card holders.
Benefits
Businesses will receive free advertisements to all of our residents, prospects and traffic viewing our website in exchange
for offering a discount to Platinum Perk card holders. Businesses can discontinue participation with a 30 day notice to
the rental office. Participating businesses will be featured on the Platinum Perks webpage, distributed in prospect
packets, move in packets, newsletters and the office will promote the participating business whenever it is applicable.
