Description The Residential Manager facilitates the efficient operation of the community, communicates with staff to ensure proper maintenance of the apartment, and performs management duties in areas of Leasing, Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing. The Residential Manager will direct staff, negotiate contracts with vendors, set-up and submit AP's for payment to corporate, approve credit reports, review applications, send late notices, distribute rent increase letters, and generally maintain the community as a whole.
Requirements :
Requirements of a Residential Manager:
- 3+ years of Residential Management experience
- PA Real Estate License
- Scheduling flexibility with some weekend work
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access 2003, 2007 and 2010
- Advanced computer skills and technical knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of AMSI eSite software a plus
